Meet the Team

Originally organized as M. R. Kendall Corporation in 1988, Kendall Property Group has transformed over the years, depending on the real estate market, from a third-party construction company focusing on build-to-suit projects to a commercial development company to a multi-family development company.

J.R. spent the first few years of his development career learning the financial aspects of the business from Max and through CCIM.

Since joining Kendall Property Group, J.R. has developed and owned multiple commercial and multifamily assets. Today, as head of development for Kendall Property Group, his focus is on building a portfolio of multifamily projects throughout the Midwest.
