We work to vet all subcontractors to prevent problems in construction. Because we are selective in the projects we develop, we are able focus on the details of construction.


FINANCIAL RISK

Asset risk management begins with conservative underwriting.

We choose to develop projects that do not require stretching the numbers to make them work. 


After a project is completed, we continually monitor the financial details and work with our property management partners to maintain the properties physically and financially to achieve the best returns for the ownership.
